There's some good presets to choose from but if you don't like any of them you'll have to manually change the design on all your Mindmaps unless you upgrade to premium. You need a premium account for some basic features like making preset layouts (e.g. There's a desktop version which is great and you can make unlimited local maps but the online version you can online make three maps for free. They display fine but editing them is kind of a pain. Their iOS apps are great but a little laggy when you have huge maps. I was able to map my ideas like I map them on my whiteboards in just minutes and display them to clients on my phone/laptop/send them links directly to the maps. They seriously saved my butt this past year because I was traveling a lot and wasn't able to take one of my six whiteboards with all my plans with me. If you ever want to show a client the chain of develop/plan of action for their project complete with links/custom images/expanding tree tables/videos etc, Mindomo is a really awesome and easy to use tool to get it all across.ĭon't mean to spam links but I really have appreciated this software for a long time and after them being so kind and giving me such a huge discount today I really wanted to do some PR for them. Mindomo is perfect for that in my opinion and it really impresses clients.
We have a management program but I'm a very visual person who also likes to get the big picture of the server layout/business plan/website structure etc.
It's very hard to keep track of all our servers/people/dates/links etc. I run a development company and we host applications and websites for a number of small companies.
